Pickup Information

Pickup Location: Strathpine - full pickup address will be provided after full payment and ID has been received
Pickup Time: Items must be collected on the agreed pickup date between 8:00am - 5:00pm (unless arranged otherwise).

Requirements:
Please bring someone to help lift heavier items.
Ensure your vehicle is large enough (tables do not fit in sedans).
Bring blankets/sheets to protect furniture during transport.
Missed Pickup: If not collected by 5:00pm, items will be taken back inside and put out again the following day.


Return Information

Return Deadline: Items must be returned within 72 hours of pickup, unless otherwise arranged.
Return Location: Same as pickup. Please leave items in the agreed area.
Condition:
Items must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition they were received.
Damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items will be charged against your bond.

Bond Refund: Once all items are checked, your bond will be refunded via bank transfer/PayID. Please provide your details after return.
